Flexible and more durable to sand irregular shapes than most other sandpaper thanks to closed-coat abrasive bonding with a waterproof resin. The abrasive particles are bonded with a waterproof adhesive that permits the use of water, oil, and other lubricants. To be used on metal, wood plastic fillers to gain a smooth finish.
